
An expert in vegetable oils and fats from 1993 to the present. Egypt’s first international judge and arbiter at the Istanbul 2025 competition; Executive Director of the Al-Ahram International Olive Competition in Egypt; former manager of the industrial complex at Al-Jouf Agricultural Company in Saudi Arabia; former olive oil plant manager at Al-Jameel International Company in Saudi Arabia. He has completed several oil-tasting courses from the International Olive Council and holds a sensory tasting expert certificate from Tunisia, Saudi Arabia and Italy. He writes articles for the Agriculture Gateway, the Egypt Gateway and the Al-Ard website, and is a member of the Scientific Society for Food Industries at Alexandria University.
