
Prof. Dr. Adel Gabr
Professor and Head of the Oils and Fats Department at the National Research Centre. A consultant in the research and development of specialty oils, fats and their derivatives and the related industries. A member of numerous national and international scientific committees and societies. He has received prestigious awards, including the Egyptian Innovation Award (2021) from the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology for developing a healthy trans-fat-free ghee, and he has internationally published research as well as contributions to global conferences and workshops. He has led many research projects, supervised academic theses, and helped organize specialized scientific events in the food industries and food safety.
