Develop and implement maintenance schedules for utility equipment, ensuring proper functioning and longevity.
Manage maintenance technician for maintenance plans implementation and follow up spare parts stock to keep spare parts safety stock in the warehouse.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Analyze utility consumption data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
Performing regular maintenance and repairs to prevent system failures and extend the lifespan of HVAC units. And Air compressors.
Performing routine maintenano, such as clesning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components for HVAC, Air compressors and air dryers.
