Unit Distribution Manager (Giza)

• Manage the unit through applying ADFS with the investor.
• Supervise and train RSS supervisors and sales representatives.
• Follow and maximize the investor’s ROI.
• Plan the work of supervisors and sales reps (areas – quantities – items).
• Follow up daily/monthly distribution unit sales achievements and develop improvement plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred MBA or equivalent postgraduate study.
• Experience: 5–8 years relevant experience in sales including at least 5 years in managerial roles.
• The perfect match candidate will serve the Giza region.
