We're looking for a Trade Marketing Supervisor with a strong FMCG background and a passion for developing winning channel strategies, executing impactful trade marketing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive channel growth and profitability.
-Develop and execute channel strategies and promotional calendars.
-Manage customer and channel communication plans.
-Implement Business Development Agreements (BDA).
-Analyze shopper insights and market trends to improve execution.
-Develop planograms and merchandising initiatives.
-Coordinate product launches, POS materials, and marketing campaigns.
-Monitor competitors and recommend action plans.
-Ensure best practices are implemented across channels.
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
-4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Customer Development within the FMCG industry.
-Strong understanding of Modern Trade (MT) channels and customer dynamics.
-Advanced analytical skills.
-Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
-Good command of English.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prefer experience within Poultry Industry / Saulghterhouse
- Location: HQ, New Cairo
