Mewah Group is seeking a Senior R&D Technologist to innovate and develop new products in compliance with various country regulations. The role supports marketing and sales by conceptualizing products and creating presentation kits, guides sensory analyses, and ensures products meet optimal parameters before launch.
Major Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Complete projects on time and develop operationally feasible formulations with the operations team.
- Product Development: Prioritize projects for commercialization with the business development team.
- Benchmarking: Match product profiles and track market trends with marketers.
- Technical Support: Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Training: Organize seminars and training sessions to build team competency.
- Data Analysis: Use Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Planner, Power BI) to analyze data and streamline workflows.
- Sales Support: Prepare technical documents and presentation kits for product launches.
