We are looking for an experienced Sales Capability Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Capability, Sales Training & Development, or Sales Performance Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administrat
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the Sales Capability strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
• Identify capability and skill gaps and develop targeted improvement plans.
• Design and deliver effective sales training and onboarding programs.
• Partner with Sales Leaders to strengthen team capabilities and improve performance.
• Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and monitor capability development KPIs.
• Develop sales training content, playbooks, and competency frameworks.
• Conduct field coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback to sales teams.
• Monitor capability development initiatives and recommend continuous improvement actions.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering sales capability development and training programs will good track record of buildings pre-sale system & managing distribution KPIS.
• Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and performance management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred & power point presentation.
• Strong command of English language.
