We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring reliable operations and continuous improvement across our plant.

🔧 𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:

- Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance team to ensure efficient plant performance.

- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans.

- Oversee equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Electrical Maintenance to reduce downtime.

- Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Manage spare parts inventory and critical components.

- Implement advanced maintenance systems, analyze performance data, and enhance maintenance team capabilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in industrial or chemical plant maintenance, including 3+ years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, vacuum systems, and heat exchangers.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
