Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical maintenance activities across soap plant lines and utility systems.
- Ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency while minimizing production downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead troubleshooting activities and conduct root cause analysis to resolve equipment failures.
- Manage maintenance teams, contractors, and spare parts inventory effectively.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
