Logistics Executive (Tank Farm Operations)

Location: Pulau Indah / Port Klang, Selangor, Malaysia (Full time)

Mewah Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Executive (Tank Farm Operations) to join its Logistics Department in Port Klang. The role plans, coordinates and monitors the movement and storage of edible oils within the tank farm to ensure smooth production, inventory accuracy and timely customer deliveries. Experience in palm oil, edible oils, oleochemicals, refineries, tank terminals or bulk liquid storage is a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily oil movements: tanker lorry receipts, pipeline transfers, flexibag shipments and isotank operations.
• Monitor tank utilization, ullage and storage capacity.
• Work with Production Planning to ensure oil availability for manufacturing.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, transporters, surveyors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare daily movement, ullage, oil transfer declaration and inventory reconciliation reports.
• Verify weighbridge transactions, pipeline transfer records and inventory postings in the ERP system.
• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and investigate inventory variances.
• Monitor loading and unloading for operational, quality and safety compliance.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance with food safety, quality and SHE standards.
• Work with Maintenance, Engineering and Safety on continuous improvement; reduce losses and optimize tank utilization.
