IT Specialist

Manage and monitor Windows Servers (DC, AD, DHCP, etc.).Set up and manage user accounts and workstations.Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues.Install and configure hardware (PCs, Laptops, Printers, CCTV, etc.).Perform data backup and recovery tasks.Upgrade systems with new versions and models.Provide support for various operating systems and platforms.Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, routers, and switches.Manage and troubleshoot IP telephone systems and network cabling.Handle IT department procurement and purchases.Install and configure CCTV and surveillance systems.Provide remote and onsite technical support for users across locations.Familiarity with Visual Basic programming is considered a plus.

Job RequirementsBSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.Good understanding or self-study background in MCSA and CCNA (preferred).Hands-on experience with firewall systems, especially Sophos XGS (preferred).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Very good command of English.Ability to handle and resolve technical issues independently.
