Grains & Oilseeds Trader – West Africa

Location: Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire

Manage the trading and marketing of grains and oilseeds across West Africa, coordinating between global trading teams and regional customers (millers, feed producers, distributors) and ensuring efficient, profitable execution from origin to final destination, including multi-destination vessel logistics. Work closely with global trading desks and internal teams (Execution, Freight, Finance, Contract Administration), reporting to the Senior Manager North & West Africa in Geneva.

Accountabilities:

• Drive trading across West Africa, growing volumes, margins and P&L.
• Build and expand the customer portfolio and originate new business.
• Own and manage the trading P&L with accurate reporting.
• Provide market intelligence to support pricing and regional strategy.
• Ensure efficient, compliant end-to-end contract execution.
• Apply pricing and risk management tools (e.g. CBOT, hedging).
• Support logistics planning and regional trade flows.
• Operate within company risk and compliance frameworks.
