Job Description & Requirements:Job title: Governmental Affairs SpecialistFunction: AdminJob location: Alexandria, EgyptReporting to: Admin and Security LeadKey Responsibilities:• Conduct routine visits and handle basic official missions with governmental authorities and external third parties.• Archive permits, licenses, letters, and documents related to government affairs (e.g., plant operation license, Industrial register, gov. approvals, buildings licenses, etc.....).• Archive contracts and related required documents, including:• Companies / Third Parties legal documents (e.g., Commercial Register, TAX card , etc....)• Permanent workers' social insurance forms.• Permanent workers' special required certificates based on their functionality. • Permanent workers' joining applications, deceleration forms, • and joining required documents : (e.g., Criminal Register – Drug Test )• Monitor the validity dates of contracts and related legal documents, ensuring timely renewal.• Manage the permanent and temporary workers' attendance records verifying it with the invoices received from the contracted third parties. • Managing access cards system, including: • Create, activate, and deactivate users on the attendance system.• Issuing and printing access cards.• Oversee the process of delivering and receiving access cards.• Oversee the administration scope for the outsourced security company, including:• Joining documents for the security joiners.• Attendance records.• Monthly invoices.• Uniform and PPE gears.• Manage the process and documentation for hazardous and non-hazardous waste services. • Contact and follow up with companies to deliver the required wastes services based on operation team needs.• Review and archive wastes transportation and disposal forms.• Ensure proper documentation of transportation cycles and weights records.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.• 2–4 years of experience in administration, governmental affairs, or a similar role.• Prior experience - background working in Borg Al Arab industrial zone is preferred.• A good knowledge of environmental regulations, including waste transport and disposal guidelines, is a strong advantage.• High level of integrity and laws complying.• Attention to details.• Strong communication skills.• Advanced documentation and archiving skills.• Proficiency in PC applications and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook..• Native proficiency in Arabic and a strong command of English.
