- Lead the development and implementation of brand strategies aligned with Arma Group's growth objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover consumer insights, identify market trends, and monitor competitor activity.
- Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to roll out effective commercial plans and optimize portfolio performance.
- Translate data and research into actionable brand plans, driving differentiation and consumer preference.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently.
- Plan and execute 360° marketing initiatives including ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store activation to enhance brand visibility and equity
