Location: Qesm El Suez, Suez, Egypt (On-site, Full Time)

Savola Foods Company is a core business within Savola Group, responsible for a major share of the group's investments and operations in the food sector. It oversees the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of a diverse brand portfolio, with products reaching consumers in more than 50 countries across the MENA region.

Role Description: The Assistant Mechanical Engineer supports mechanical design and maintenance activities for production equipment and systems.

Monitor equipment performance.
Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Support small projects and assist in documentation and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, safety and efficiency.

The position requires consistent on-site presence to work closely with operations, maintenance and engineering teams.

متطلبات الوظيفة — JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Strong foundation in mechanical engineering, with knowledge of industrial equipment and mechanical systems.
Understanding of TPM, Lean Manufacturing or WCM.
Basic understanding of manufacturing or food processing environments is preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering, maintenance and production teams on-site.
