Seoul, South Korea – Genesis BBQ Group announced on Wednesday its initiative to implement digital frying oil quality meters across all company-owned BBQ outlets nationwide. This strategic move aims to enhance operational efficiency and product consistency.
This innovative device empowers store personnel to conduct immediate, on-site assessments of their frying oil condition. By submerging a specialized measurement sensor into the cooking oil, the meter accurately gauges the Total Polar Materials (TPM) content. TPM is a universally recognized critical indicator of frying oil degradation and quality. The device then instantly displays the measurement result as a precise numerical value.
This real-time feedback facilitates continuous monitoring and proactive management of oil quality directly at the point of use. Furthermore, the meter offers Bluetooth connectivity, allowing it to pair with smartphones or tablets. This feature enables the digital logging and tracking of all measurement data, providing a comprehensive historical record for quality assurance purposes.
A spokesperson for BBQ stated, 'Beginning with our company-owned stores, we intend to proactively roll out advanced quality management systems and are also evaluating plans for a potential expansion to our franchise locations in the future.' The official added, 'Our commitment is to elevate our quality management benchmarks, ensuring we consistently deliver superior products and service to our valued customers.'
