• The website is not responsible for the quality of service provided by the expert; its role is limited to showcasing profiles of experts selected based on their CVs and declared experience.
• Booking a session with an expert does not necessarily guarantee a solution to the problem; the expert's commitment is to exert their utmost effort to assist. A single session may not be sufficient to resolve the issue or discuss all its aspects; some cases may require multiple sessions, or the expert may need to review certain matters after the session to provide advice in subsequent sessions.
• After each session, a review request is sent to the user, and the average ratings are displayed on the expert's profile on the website to enhance transparency.

Booking Refund Policy:

• A full refund (after deducting any bank transfer fees) can be issued if the expert cancels or is unable to attend due to any emergency.
• If there are connection issues from the expert's side, such as:
  
   
  • Poor internet quality,
   
  • Unavailability of a suitable or quiet environment for the session,
         the user may request a refund, provided they notify the website within 48 hours of the session time and provide evidence (such as a video) demonstrating the issue.
 
• User Cancellation Policy:
  
   
  • More than 15 days before the session: Full refund of the amount paid (after deducting transfer fees, if any).
   
  • 10 to 15 days: 50% refund of the booking value.
   
  • Less than 10 days: No refund possible.
