التعريف

Palm oil with a higher content of oleic acid is derived from the fleshy mesocarp of hybrid palm fruit (OxG) (Elaeis oleifera × Elaeis guineensis), and must contain not less than 48 percent oleic acid (as percentage of total fatty acids).
