Three sources for converting used edible oil from loss to gain in Egypt

On Facebook, I post comments on a post asking a woman when she should get rid of the oil that was used in frying. The comments were sarcastic about the fact that they never get rid of oil and even pass it down for generations! Despite the ridiculous nature of the comments, it is unfortunate that the practice of reusing oil for many frying times already exists. Unfortunately, in many cases, oil is not suitable for use after the first time. Even if it is valid, it should not be reused more than twice to avoid many damages. However, in order to reduce the cost of oil change, used oil can be replaced with new oil or important products such as detergents, so that there is a balance in the cost to some extent and is not a big burden.

In this article, we review three companies that collect used edible oil in Egypt and replace it with useful products. But before we start, we answer a question that comes to the reader's mind: What do these companies do with used oil? Do they resell it as many people think? In fact, the answer is no. The value of used oil is to be sold to companies that produce sustainable biofuel for aircraft. There is a European approach to obliging airlines to use sustainable biofuels to preserve the environment. Its source is vegetable oils such as palm oil, but since they are consumed by humans, it was better to use the oil used in cooking actually. This does not, of course, prevent people of bad conscience who can sell used oil.
