Tunisia Seeks to Purchase 6,000 Tonnes of Vegetable Oils in International Tender

European traders said on Tuesday that Tunisia’s National Olive Oil Office issued an international tender to purchase up to 6,000 tonnes of vegetable oils to help secure domestic market needs.

Tender Details

• Required oils: Crude degummed soybean oil or crude degummed rapeseed oil.
• Origin: Optional and open to international suppliers.
• Shipment period: The quantity is scheduled to be delivered in one shipment between June 10 and June 25.

Deadline

The National Olive Oil Office set Thursday, May 7, as the deadline for suppliers to submit price offers.
