
The National Oilseed Processors Association (NOPA) reported that US soybean oil stocks reached 1.51 billion pounds, the highest level since June 2024, up 40% compared with last year.
Soybean crush volumes meanwhile fell to 216 million bushels, coming in below expectations. Analysts say the market remains in a state of turmoil. AgResource noted that spot soybean oil prices on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) have declined, highlighting continued uncertainty surrounding US biofuel policy.
