
Egypt's state grains buyer, Mostakbal Misr, told Reuters on Monday that it had contracted six cargoes of crude vegetable oils exceeding 74,000 tonnes from Black Sea countries including Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania.
The agency also said it had agreed with international suppliers to purchase more than 600,000 tonnes of wheat, mostly from Black Sea countries as well as France, for delivery in September and October.
The agency, whose full name is Mostakbal Misr for Sustainable Development, did not specify exact shipment dates or provide details on suppliers or prices.
