Indonesia plans to move ahead this year with its B50 biodiesel program based on palm oil.
The plan would raise the biodiesel share in the national diesel blend from 40% to 50%, increasing domestic use of palm oil in fuel.
Earlier concerns around technical and funding issues had delayed the plan, but discussions have resumed as the country seeks to strengthen fuel supply resilience.
