Allseeds Group has announced the temporary suspension of its operations in Ukraine, citing a significant worsening of the security landscape. The decision follows intensified Russian missile and drone attacks specifically targeting port and logistics infrastructure within the Odesa region.

The company emphasized that this move was necessitated by the exceptionally high risks posed to the lives and safety of its employees, as well as to its valuable production facilities.

In a statement released on Facebook, Allseeds affirmed, 'Further operations under the current conditions pose extremely high risks to the lives and safety of the company's employees, as well as to the company's facilities.'

Allseeds underscored that its primary objective is the protection of its workforce, alongside the preservation of its production assets, critical infrastructure, and overall operational capabilities.

The suspension will be executed in full compliance with Ukrainian legal requirements. Concurrently, Allseeds indicated its strong intention to maintain the necessary resources and capabilities, enabling a swift resumption of operations once the security situation stabilizes sufficiently.

The company's infrastructure has previously faced severe impacts; for instance, a Russian strike in December 2025 damaged Allseeds' vegetable oil transshipment terminal, leading to the destruction of thousands of tons of sunflower oil.
