Unit Distribution Manager

• Manage the unit by applying ADFS with the investor.
• Supervise and train RSS supervisors and sales representatives.
• Monitor and maximize the investor’s ROI.
• Plan the work of supervisors and sales reps (areas – quantities – items).
• Follow up on daily/monthly distribution unit sales achievements and develop improvement plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration; MBA or equivalent postgraduate study preferred.
• Experience: 5–8 years relevant experience in sales, including at least 5 years in managerial roles.
