JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the unit by applying ADFS with the investor.
- Supervise and train RSS supervisors and sales representatives.
- Monitor and maximize the investor’s ROI.
- Plan the work of supervisors and sales reps (areas – quantities – items).
- Follow up on daily/monthly distribution unit sales achievements and develop improvement plans.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration; MBA or equivalent postgraduate study preferred.
- Experience: 5–8 years relevant experience in sales, including at least 5 years in managerial roles.
