Job Description:
- Resolve software and hardware inquiries and install, maintain, troubleshoot, support, and repair desktop/laptop hardware and software.
- Identify and publish internal solutions to solve problems; troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve network hardware/software faults, collect information/DB about nodes for future use, and install network devices.
- Manage user accounts across multiple systems, including email and SAP accounts, and troubleshoot/resolve profile issues.
- Monitor infrastructure, conduct frequent health checkups on computer hardware/software, and execute preventive maintenance plans.
- Ensure the delivery of equipment to new hires and install all the required software programs on it.
- Order spare parts related to computers or network equipment after identifying shortages.
- Willing to learn new technologies.
- Has basic knowledge of network and systems infrastructure.
