AdvertiseThe Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role ensures efficient processing of customer orders, maintains accurate sales records, coordinates with internal departments, and delivers excellent customer service to help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily sales operations.
- Process customer orders, quotations, invoices, and purchase orders accurately.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analyses.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and marketing materials.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales representatives when required.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability with the warehouse.
- Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales administration (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
