Refinery Manager – Edible Oils

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Role Purpose: To lead the end-to-end operations of the edible oil refinery, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective refining of crude palm oil (CPO), soybean oil, and related feedstocks into finished products that meet quality and customer requirements. The role is responsible for maximizing refinery throughput, yield, plant reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily refinery, fractionation, and soy acid oil plant operations.
• Optimise production processes, yields, and overall plant efficiency.
• Coordinate production planning, quality assurance, and maintenance activities.
• Reduce refining losses and optimise utility and chemical consumption.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
