Reporting to: Manager – Process

Role Purpose: Maintain shift activity for an 800 TPD physical refinery plant and a 600 TPD fractionation process.

Main Accountabilities:

Operate the palm refinery process and control process parameters.
Monitor the fractionation process, with key focus on olein yield and cold stability.
Operate the continuous bleacher and deodorization system.
Minimize downtime.
Optimize chemical and utility consumption.
Prioritize safety measures.
Maintain processing quality parameters.

Education: ITI / Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical, or B.Sc. (Chemical).
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Technical: Edible oil refinery processing, physical refining and fractionation.
