• Maximum age: 39 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in edible oil refining and filling plants or the food manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with key equipment such as vegetable oil refining and filling lines, vegetable ghee (shortening) production lines, and industrial refrigeration compressors is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and optimize maintenance activities to ensure high equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
