Export Logistics & Operations Manager

IFFCO Egypt is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented and experienced Export Logistics & Operations Manager to join the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end export process, ensuring accurate order execution, timely documentation, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service from order placement through shipment delivery and customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage export sales orders in SAP and monitor order execution, shipment schedules, ETD/ETA, and delivery status.
• Coordinate new product introductions, material code creation, artwork approvals, and master data updates.
• Resolve order blockages and drive effective coordination across Sales, Finance, Treasury, Factory, and Logistics teams.
• Oversee Letter of Credit (LC) requirements, shipping instructions, and export documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Review, approve, and dispatch shipping documents according to customer requirements and payment terms.
• Monitor shipments, communicate updates proactively, and support customers through customs clearance and delivery.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for customers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Identify and escalate operational risks, documentation discrepancies, and potential delays to ensure smooth execution.
