Position Title: Electrical Maintenance Manager

Location: Port Said – Oil Refining & Bottling Factory

Industry: Food Manufacturing / Edible Oil Production

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

A leading cooking oil refining and bottling factory is seeking to hire an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead the electrical maintenance team and oversee all maintenance activities related to electrical systems and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage electrical maintenance operations across all production lines and factory equipment.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Troubleshoot recurring electrical issues and propose long-term solutions.
Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical maintenance team.
Collaborate with production, mechanical, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical reports.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety and occupational health standards.
Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of equipment upgrades or modifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical maintenance, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Solid understanding of PLC systems, motor controls, and industrial electrical circuits.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve complex technical issues.
Proficient in maintenance-related software and AutoCAD is a plus.
