About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Distributors Controller to manage and evaluate distributor performance, ensuring operational efficiency, cost accuracy, and strong cross-departmental collaboration. This role supports strategic decision-making by analyzing financial data, tracking KPIs, and maintaining transparent distributor relations.
Collect and analyze CNWC elements and distributor performance data.
Develop master performance reports to track targets and KPIs.
Oversee distributor relationships and coordinate with Finance and Logistics teams.
Review and validate distributor expenses, claims, and running costs.
Maintain full distributor databases, including financial and legal documentation.
