SIAL Paris 2026 – International Food Exhibition

Comexposium is organizing the 2026 edition of SIAL Paris, the international food exhibition, held every two years, taking place on 17–21 October 2026 at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre in France. The show is one of the largest global gatherings of the food and beverage industry. This edition runs under the slogan "Inspire Food Business", with India as partner country.

Sectors

The show's sectors cover a wide range of food industry products, including frozen products, canned food, organic products, ingredients and intermediate food products, dietary and gluten-free products, and delicatessen. The show also hosts national pavilions; for example, a Spanish pavilion of 168 companies is exhibiting products that include olive oils and olives.

Who It Is For

The show is open to professionals only, including buyers, distributors, importers, manufacturers, restaurateurs, journalists, start-ups and food innovation stakeholders. Children under 16 are not admitted, even when accompanied.

Tickets and Registration

Pre-registration is required for entry. Badges are purchased on the official show website via the registration button on this page, and a ticket is valid for all five days. Individual ticket prices rise with the purchase date, from €90 (early bird) to €210 on site, while a VIP ticket costs €350. When ordering a ticket, visitors can also request an invitation letter for visa applications.
