Food ingredients Europe 2026 (Fi Europe)

Informa is organising the 2026 edition of Food ingredients Europe (Fi Europe) from 17 to 19 November 2026 at Messe Frankfurt, Germany. For more than 35 years the show has brought the world's food and beverage suppliers, buyers, R&D experts and production specialists together under one roof, welcoming more than 500,000 visitors over its lifetime.

Why it matters for oils and fats

The show is a useful platform for following oils and fats as food ingredients, alongside emulsifiers, functional ingredients, health and nutrition trends and product reformulation. Published estimates point to more than 1,650 exhibitors and around 27,000 visitors.
