We are seeking a Talent Managment Supervisor to lead and support strategic initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, employee development, and performance excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Performance Management and Learning & Development (L&D), with a proven track record of designing and implementing impactful OD solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and continuously improve performance management frameworks and processes.Lead the development and execution of L&D strategies aligned with business goals.Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess organizational needs and develop tailored OD interventions.Support culture and change management initiatives across the organization.Analyze data and feedback to measure the impact of OD programs and adjust strategies accordingly.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field Minimum [8] years of experience in Organizational Development or related HR functions.Proven experience in Performance Management and Learning & Development is a must.Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
