Job Description-الوصف الوظيفي

  • Resolve software and hardware inquiries and install, maintain, troubleshoot, support, and repair desktop/laptop hardware and software.
  • Identify and publish internal solutions to solve problems and troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve network hardware/software faults and collect information/DB about nodes for future use, installing network devices.
  • Manage user accounts across multiple systems including the email / SAP accounts and troubleshoot/resolve profile issues.
  • Monitor infrastructure and conducts frequent health checkup on computer hardware/software and execute preventive maintenance plans.
  • Ensure the delivery of equipment to new hires and install all the required software programs on it.
  • Order spare parts related to computers or network equipment after identifying the shortages.
  • Welling to learn new technologies.
  • Has basic knowledge of network and systems infrastructure

Job Requirements- المتطلبات الوظيفية

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Engineering.
  • 1: 3 years of experience in IT role.
  • Good knowledge of MCSA or CCNA.
  • Experience in SAP system “Account management”.
  • Flexible and multi-tasker.
  • Professional English speaker.
  • Has good knowledge in programming languages like html, CSS, python is a plus.
