We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for critical roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a passion for finding top talent, and the ability to manage high-volume and specialized recruitment needs.Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define role requirements.Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent.Manage talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.Leverage data and analytics to drive improvements in recruitment performance.Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.Mentor and guide junior recruiters as needed.
Location: HQ, New Cairo
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.Minimum [5] years of experience in recruitment.Proven success in sourcing and hiring across various functions and levels.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
