Develop and deliver brand strategies in cooperation with the Marketing Manager across, focusing on the portfolio of innovations beyond core business (square portions)
Build Vision & ambition; set up the strategy to deliver it to expand Cairo 3A portfolio beyond retail in Food Service.
Build and size the yearly marketing plan and oversee the execution.
Constantly monitor brand results vs objectives, drive post-implementation analysis of marketing initiatives, and propose improvements on all dimensions.
Lead the media strategy and implementation and monitor Media ROI.
Ensure operational excellence internally (Trade Marketing, Sales) and externally (communication and media partners)
Monitor and analyze category, consumer, and brand health data and derive recommendations and action plans.
Lead local innovations and renovations from start of project until launch in-stores; by working closely with factories, Central innovation teams and NME innovation team.
