-Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production. -Develop and implement operational plans to achieve production and quality goals. -Monitor operational performance and ensure that targeted production rates are achieved. -Lead and direct work teams including production, maintenance, and quality teams. -Analyze operational processes and identify improvement opportunities to achieve efficiency and quality. -Optimize the use of resources to reduce costs and increase productivity. -Oversee inventory management to ensure appropriate availability of raw materials and finished products. -Implement inventory management strategies to reduce waste. -Work to improve the working environment to ensure the safety of employees and products. Prepare and manage factory operational budgets, monitor operational costs, and work to improve financial efficiency. -Coordination with other departments such as purchasing, marketing, and sales to ensure the achievement of company goals. -Participate in administrative meetings to report on operational performance and make recommendations.-Use data to analyze operational performance, identify trends, and improve decisions.
